ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.09.2021 for the offences offences punishable under Sections 5 (m), 5(n), 5(l) and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012, in Crime No.27 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.
2. It is the case of the prosecution that the victim girl is the daughter of the petitioner and the petitioner had sexually harassed the minor victim girl, who is aged about 16 years. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case as against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.
4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the victim is the daughter of the petitioner and the offence committed is continuous one and aggravated form of the sexual offence and the investigation is still pending. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
