PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to register FIR under Section 154(1) Criminal Procedure Code against the 3rd respondent and others and order investigation to take immediate action based on the complaint/counsel notice issued on 03.05.2019 and 22.07.2019 respectively.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent Police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 03.05.2019 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, the petition of this nature is not maintainable before this Court. Liberty is granted to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
