CRIME NO.735 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.NO.14419 of 2021 dated 16.08.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.BALASUBRAMANIAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 16.08.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 16.08.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e on 1st and 15th working day of every month.
