Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide her service records to the petitioner for getting enhanced monetary benefits.

ORDER

The petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent to provide her the service records. The second respondent maintained that service records were missing. The petitioner now seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider her representation and provide her copies of service records.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the second respondent to provide her copies of service records. In case any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the second respondent in the light of the earlier https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings dated 20 March 2012 and 22 May 2012. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
