O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.1922 of 2018 dated 12.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court by the order dated 12.02.2019 in W.P.No.1922 of 2018 directed the second respondent, the sole respondent herein to consider the representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submitted by the petitioner on 11.10.2017 and pass orders 1/2

Cont.P.No.1639 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. In compliance with the order of this Court, the respondent passed an order on 31.05.2019 and rejected the representation submitted by the petitioner on 11.10.2017. 3.From the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court cannot adjudicate the rejection of the petitioner's representation by the respondent and however, the respondent complied the order of this Court and passed an order on 31.05.2019.

4.In the result, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in a manner known to law. No costs.
