ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the third respondent to measure the property of the petitioner's late father situated in old survey Nos.420, 431, 430, 548/7, 584/1, 595/3, 548/1, 426 and 608/1, New survey no.261/6A1 Kadampuliyur Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. Heard, Mr.N.Senthil Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has applied before the third respondent for measuring his late father's property. Considering the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to survey the petitioner's late father's property situated in old survey Nos.420, 431, 430, 548/7, 584/1, 595/3, 548/1, 426 and 608/1, New survey no.261/6A1 Kadampuliyur Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
