ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Sections as 296(b), 118(2), 109(i), 329(4), 351(3) of BNS and Section 4 of TNP of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 instead of 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 329(4), 351(3) of BNS and Section 4 of TNP of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 in order dated 24.06.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.17326 of 2025. 2.In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in order dated 08.07.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.17326 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17326 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025.
