It is stated that the judgment of the Hon`ble Supreme Court is still awaited.

2.It is stated as far as the orders passed by the Delhi High Court are concerned, as per instructions of the petitioner, no appeal appears to have been filed. Learned counsel for the Government of Puducherry requests for some more time to obtain instructions in so far as the aspect of the regulations of two different departments qua the same subject matters are concerned in view of the elevation of the earlier standing counsel.

3.The issue relating to disconnection of electricity be also addressed by the Government of Puducherry.
