O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 25.07.2024 wherein the petitioner has been transferred to the TELC Primary School, Tiruppur and has been made as a Headmaster (In-Charge) in the place of the incumbent Headmaster, who has submitted his voluntary retirement.

2. Heard Mr.I.Calvin Jones, learned counsel for petitioner and Mrs.S.Mythreya Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

The main grievance expressed by learned counsel for petitioner is that the fourth respondent even without getting the concurrence of the petitioner, has transferred the petitioner to a far off place and the petitioner has been posted as Headmaster (In-Charge). Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner does not possess the necessary qualification and this has been done only to accommodate someone, who is close to the Correspondent of the school.

4. In the considered view of this Court, the internal politics that is going on in a private school can never be a subject matter in a writ petition. The petitioner was working as a Secondary Grade Assistant and he has been promoted as a Headmaster in a primary school within the same management. On the face of the materials placed before this Court, it only looks like an administrative decision. If there is something more than what meets the eye, that cannot be gone into by this Court while exercising writ jurisdiction. This Court does not find any ground to entertain this writ petition.
