(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) The present contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for wilful contempt of the order dated 15.04.2024 in W.P.No.22821 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is not present.

3. A perusal of the order passed in W.P.No.22821 of 2021 dated 15.04.2024 shows that the writ petition had been dismissed and the impugned order passed by the Tribunal was confirmed. If the directions issued by the Tribunal had not been complied with, then the petitioner is directed to approach the Tribunal for appropriate relief. The contempt petition before this Court is not maintainable and liberty is given to the petitioner to proceed before the Tribunal for any relief, which is required and which is sought in accordance with law.
