Respondent Writ petition have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the respondent, relating to order of the 1st respondent in letter in O.Mu.Enn.49960/M(E3)/ 2010, dated 28.06.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to change the petitioner's date of birth as 30.01.1990, instead of 30.02.1990 and 28.02.1993 in all his school records.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, challenging the communication bearing No.O.Mu.Enn.49960/M(E3)/2010, dated 28.06.2010, sent by the respondent, whereby the request of the petitioner with regard to change of date of birth was rejected. 2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent with a fresh representation to ventilate his grievances.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
