ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 27.03.2024 passed in W.P.No. 4156 of 2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a cheque bearing No.497629, dated 25.09.2025 drawn in favour of the petitioner namely, S.Palanisamy for a sum of Rs.3,39,837/- (Three Lakh Thirty Nine Thousand and Eight Hundred and Thirty Seven Only) to the learned counsel for the petitioner and he also submits that the above said order has been complied with by the respondent.

3. Mr.R.Inian, learned counsel on record for the petitioner received the said cheque on behalf of the petitioner herein. 2/4
