The present petition seeking relaxation of condition has been instituted on the ground that the petitioners are complying with the condition by appearing before the Trial Court twice in a month for the past about 11 months.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) has no serious objection for relaxing the condition.

3. In view of the above, we are inclined to relax the condition to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court once in a month,i.e., first working day of the English Calender month and this petition is ordered accordingly.
