Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extent the time to produce the sureties, order passed in Crl.O.P.No.14346 of 2021 and the same has been ordered on 16.08.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.ARIVAZHAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioner for a period of two weeks on 27.09.2021 in Crl.MP.No.9817 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14346 of 2021 to execute sureties. Now the petitioner, has filed this application further extension of time for a period of two weeks to comply the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.
