Petition for anticipatory bail in Cr.No.not known of 2016.

2. Offences alleged are under Sections 406 and 506(ii) I.P.C.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side).

4. Actually, money dispute is centre focus. In this connection,wordy altercation took place between both sides. There is allegation of criminal intimidation also. No one sustained injury.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the nature of allegations made, I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

6(i) Anticipatory bail granted;

(ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Ponneri within 15 days of receipt of a copy of this order;

(iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
