ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.07.2021 for the offences for the offences punishable under Section 366 of IPC r/w 4 & 3(a) & 8 & 7 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.286 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's minor daughter was working as a caretaker and she went missing. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this complaint.

4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is still pending and the petitioner/A1 is the main accused and the petitioner/A1 is in judicial custody. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations against the petitioners, earlier stage of investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
