Seeking direction to revoke the oral order of suspension dated 04.05.2010 and to permit the petitioner to continue his studies, the petitioner hs filed the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that ince the relief sought for by the petitioner being related to the year 2010, the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 3.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
