C.M.P. No. 18977 of 2023 in C.M.A. No. SR105473 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to dispense with the notice to the first respondent as they are not the contesting respondent and has made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

3.Though notice has been served on the second respondent and name has been printed in the cause list, none has entered appearance on its behalf.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
