Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records which culminated in issuing the proceedings bearing reference Na.Ka.No.303/A1/2016 dated 10.03.2016 signed on 14.03.2016 on the file of the third respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel drawn as on 01.01.2016 for promotion to the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) in the appropriate place and to promote the petitioner to the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
