C.M.P.No.16669 of 2022 in CMA.S.R.No.101776 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 3919 days in preferring the above appeal.

2. The notice has been served on both the parties.

3.Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 3919 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned subject to the condition that the claimants/petitioners will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e. for 3919 days.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
