Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to issue summons to the respondent herein and to punish him under the provisions of Contempt of Court Act for his wilful disobedience of the final order dated 08.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.13052 of 2014. ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the respondents in not complying with the orders of this Court in W.P.13052 of 2014.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submits that the order has been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that based on the submissions of the learned Additional Advocate General, the contempt petition may be closed, however he seeks liberty to re-open the contempt, if the action taken by the respondents are not in full compliance. 2/4

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Advocate General, the contempt petition is closed. However any non-compliance can be agitated by the petitioner.
