The present criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the criminal revision petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Though the learned counsel for respondents has got objection, he would submit that as far as delay is concerned, the same can be condoned and that he shall make his objections at the time of admission.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition and in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondents, delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
