This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 04.10.2024 made in Page No.1 of 4

W.P.No.29152 of 2024, under Contempt of Courts Act. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 04.10.2024 in W.P.No.29152 of 2024 has been complied with. In support of his contention, he placed before this Court the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.2252/2024-1/E3, dated 20.08.2025, along with relevant records. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the said submission.
