PRAYER: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 19.10.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.17631 of 2024 and punish them for their failure to adhere to the directions issued by this Court. ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the 1/4

order dated 19.10.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.17631 of 2024, thereby directing the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner and pass orders within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent produced proceedings dated 10.09.2025 of the respondent, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.17631 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid proceedings dated 10.09.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid proceedings dated 10.09.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
