ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10441 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that arrangements have been made, so that the rain water from the roof will not be pouring into the petitioner's property. He has also submitted photographs in this regard.

In reply thereof, the learned Counsel for the contempt petitioner would submit that the electricity pole has been covered and tomorrow if any connection has to be granted or somebody has to climb up the electricity pole, there is no way.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the Authorities to make suitable arrangements or cut the roofings 2/4

in such a manner, so as to enable any EB employee to climb up the electricity pole, if tomorrow any connection has to be effected from the said electricity pole or any repair works have to be done.
