The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2010 and to correct the Property Tax Assessment book as per the order dated 26.09.2007 passed by the Taxation Appellate Tribunal, Coimbatore. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that, as directed by the Taxation Appellate Tribunal, Coimbatore, by its order dated 26.09.2007, the Property Tax reassessment had already taken place vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.9879/2010/A4 dated 19.03.2011.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly,this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
