Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 herein to consider petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2016 and order a speedy Trial in C.C.No.6683 of 2013 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus directing directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2016 and order a speedy Trial in C.C.No.6683 of 2013 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.6683 of 2013, that is said to be pending on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore. While so, the petitioner has sent the representation dated 25.06.2016 to (1) the Hon'ble Chief Minister Cell, Fort. St.George, Chennai, (2) The Home Secretary, Fort.St.George, Chennai, (3) The Director General of Police, No.1, Kamarajar Salai, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004, (4) The Commissioner of Police, Vepery, Chennai, (5) The Joint Commissioner of Police (crimes), Office of the Commissioner of Police, No.220, Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai, (6) The Depurty Commissioner of Police (crimes), Office of the Commissioner of
Police, No.220, Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai, (7) The Director, Anti Vigilance and Corrupution, No.263, M.K.N.Road, Alandur, Chennai and has come before this Court by way of writ petition for a mandamus to the above said officials to dispose of his representation and also, for a direction that the trial in C.C.No.6683 of 2013 be completed.
4. In the considered opinion of this Court, when C.C.No.6683 of 2013 is pending before the competent court, these authorities cannot be directed to dispose of the representation, as prayed for, by the petitioner.
With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
