2. However, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent objects to the withdrawal of the revision stating that there is violation and breach of the decree conditions and therefore, the revision petitioners should not be permitted to withdraw the revision.

3. Any breach, even assuming, is committed, will not prevent the revision petitioners from withdrawing their revision. It is always open to the respondent to canvass all his rights, in the manner known to law.
