This Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to direct the first respondent herein to immediately de-freeze the petitioner's Bank Account of Dhanalakshmi, in Bank Account No.918020027434336, Aixs Bank, Thiruverumbur Branch, Trichy District, frozen in connection with Crime No.907 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent-Police.

2. Learned counsel on either side, submitted that, after trial, the case itself had ended in acquittal and the first respondent-Police has given direction to the second respondent-Axis Bank to de-freeze the Bank account of the petitioner.
