The Writ Petitions have been filed for a direction to the First Respondent to remove the name of the Petitioners as a director of Subhiksha Trading Services Limited appearing on the portal of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. 3.

Mr. J. Madhanagopal Rao, Learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the representation of the Petitioners were considered and date of resignation of the Directors of M/s. Subhiksha Trading Services Limited viz., Mr. Rajeev Bakshi and Ms. Renuka Ramanath was recorded in MCA Database and consequently, the Master Data details of the said Company got modified. A printout showing that the names of the Petitioners do not appear, has been produced. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. 4.

Recording the subsequent events, the Writ Petitions are disposed. No costs.
