Petition for anticipatory bail in Cr.No.483 of 2016.

2. Offences alleged are under Sections 147, 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side).

4. It is a matrimonial dispute. Petitioners carry dispute to the Family Court. Even before the Family Court, they will fight. This is also happening in the Mediation Centre and Lok Adalat. They fight in their house and also fight in the Court.

5. In the facts and circumstances and the nature of allegations made, I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

6(i) Anticipatory bail granted;

(ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai within 15 days of receipt of a copy of this order;

(iii) Each of the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate; (iv) Petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
