This matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though a direction was sought for from both the respondents, while disposing of the Writ Petition, the direction has been restricted only to the first respondent.
3.Heard Mrs.Hema Muralikrishnan, learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents.
4.The mistake pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner being a typographical mistake, the same is rectified.
5.Accordingly, in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 09.09.2016, wherever it occurs as the 'first respondent', it shall be read as 'respondents'.
Except for the above modification, other directions issued in the order stands as such.
rpa 02.11.2016 Note:(i) Registry is directed to issue the fresh order copy after incorporating necessary corrections in the above said order dated 09.09.2016.
