This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Mettur to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.92 of 2009 within the stipulated time prescribed this Court.

2.Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mettur, to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.92 of 2009 in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
