This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12503 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14173 of 2022 on 17.08.2022 to appear before the Trial Court twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am and 5 30 pm until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
