PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.09.2018 as per the directions in C.M.P.No.7922 of 2019 dated 05.08.2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II at Chengalpattu and report the same before this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.09.2018 as per the directions in C.M.P.No.7922 of 2019 dated 05.08.2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II at Chengalpattu and report the same before this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the compliant lodged by the petitioner, the respondent completed the enquiry and closed the same on 30.12.2021.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
