CRL.O.P.No.26805 of 2016 Dr.P.DEVADASS, J., Petition for anticipatory bail in Crime No.524 of 2015 for offence under Sections 498(A) and 304(B) of I.P.C.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Defacto complainant's daughter committed suicide. She is the wife of A1. His parents are A2 and A3/ petitioner. Prima facie, there is no incriminating allegation as against the petitioner. Now prosecution completed its work. Final report has also been filed.

4. In the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

5. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted.

(ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

Dr.P.DEVADASS, J., pri/dp (iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;
