O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 22.07.2021, regarding removal of entries consequent to the fraudulent Sale Deed registered in Document No.539 of 1998 on the file of the third respondent and all its subsequent deeds from their records, within a time frame as deem fie and proper by this Court.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent as against the sale deed executed by the fourth respondent in favour of the third party. According to the petitioner, it is fraudulent transactions and as such, he lodged the complaint before the second respondent to enquire the same.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent is directed to enquire the complaint dated 22.07.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
