ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 22.09.2021 for making modification of land measurement entries in the patta bearing Numbers 1341, 596, 3012, 733, 597, 835, 595, 319, 162 and 331.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 22.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioners, the respondents 4 to 7 and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
