A.Nos.4098, 4175 & 4176 of 2024 in C.S.No.458 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J All these applications are filed by the defendant in the suit. The defendant seeks to reopen the evidence of the plaintiff, recall P.W.1 and also reopen the evidence of the defendant. In the affidavit in support of these applications, the defendant has explained the circumstances in which the examination of P.W.1 could not be concluded. In the affidavit in support of A.No.4098 of 2024, the circumstances under which the defendant's evidence was closed are set out.

2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff has no serious objections to these applications being allowed.

3. Upon examining the affidavits in support of these applications and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, these applications are allowed as prayed for.
