ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has preferred this petition against the order dated 10.11.2010 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench, in Transfer Application No.77 of 2010. By the said order, the Transfer Application https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

preferred by the second respondent in relation to his transfer came to be allowed. The petitioner department has challenged the said order setting aside the transfer order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that thereafter the second respondent has been dismissed from service.

In view of the above, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2010 is closed.
