This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 375 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the impugned order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5240 of 2024 on the file of the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 375 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
