This Criminal Revision Case is filed to set aside the dismissed for default order in C.C.No.384 of 2021 dated 12.07.2024 on the file of Fast Track Court - III, Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet. 1/4

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are arguable points available in that case and the petitioner has got a fair chance of succeeding in the case and hence, he prayed to set aside the order passed by the Trial Court dated 12.07.2024.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.Considering facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are arguable points available as well as the petitioner has got a fair chance of succeeding in that case, this Court is inclined to allow the revision and accordingly, the order passed by the Fast Track Court - III, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in C.C.No.384 of 2021 dated 12.07.2024 is set aside and the revision is allowed.
