Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the claims of the petitioner for sanctioning incentive increment for acquiring higher qualification of Ph.D. and pass orders by extending the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.99 Tourism and Culture (Cul 1-1) Department dated 9.7.1999 within stipulated time.
