This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.4(b) in Crl.O.P.No.16417 of 2023, dated 04.08.2023.

2.It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners may face threat to their lives by the public when they appear before the respondent police. Therefore, he prays to modify the condition as, to report before the concerned Court.

3.Assuming that the petitioners'

contention is accepted, even if the petitioners appear before the concerned Court, there also they may face threat from the public. Therefore, this petition cannot be entertained and this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
