Crl.MP.No.12991 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.8088 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner should report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for four weeks and thereafter, on every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.8088 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.8088 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
