ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for willful disobedience to the order of this Court in WP.No.3537 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 passed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that this Court by its order dated 11.03.2025 directed the fourth respondent to implement the order passed by the fifth respondent dated 21.06.2017 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 13.01.2025. Pursuant to which, the order passed by the fifth respondent was implemented on 17.09.2025. However, there was a confusion as to the date of initial appointment of the petitioner. For which, a clarification was issued on 19.09.2025 that the petitioner will be granted permanency from 23.06.2002 onwards.
