C.M.P.No.16324 of 2022 in S.A.No.693 of 2020 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petition is filed seeking substituted services. The petition is allowed.

2. The petitioner is directed to take publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" a Tamil daily, having circulation in the address of the 5th respondent. The publication shall be effected at least 10 days prior to the date of hearing. The petitioner shall also take substituted service by affixture in the last known address of the 5th respondent.

3. Post the matter on 27.10.2022.
