ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M. SUNDRESH,J.) The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of the fact that the petitioner's representation made to the first respondent was referred to the second respondent as per the proceedings dated 28-022013, no action has been taken on the same. 2.
Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner was referred by the first respondent to the second respondent as per the proceedings dated 28-02-2013 and the same is still pending consideration, we direct the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law and on its own merits , after hearing the petitioner and the fourth respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
