ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner along with the general public for grant of patta in the name of the Temple or Deity by considering the representation dated 18.10.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.A. Sundaravadhanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P. Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 & 4 and Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.11.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
