ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and made an endorsement in the Court bundle. He has also sent a requisition letter to the Registry, dated 01.08.2025, to that effect.

2. In view of the above said requisition letter and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
